Customised Frames

We are a custom frame manufacturer, we make frames and mounts to order on our own premises. However the glazing, backboards and images also count as customised. If you have ordered a Custom product we do not offer any refunds or returns on the customisation you have made. However, if the product isn't to your specifications or we have made a mistake, we will replace the item on condition that you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item and that evidence is provided.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please get in contact with us as soon as possible at sales@myroomart.com 

Standard Size Frames

Our standard size frames are eligible for Refunds & Returns if the products are still in their original packaging and condition. This must also be done within 3 days of receiving the products with a valid reason. 

Damaged Items in Transit 

If you have received any damaged items that have come to you in transit, we must be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the product, and we will solve the issue for you. 

Returns

Contact us for any product returns. Returns must be made within the first 3 days of you receiving the product, with an explanation of the problem and adequate evidence. Any products that have been returned may incur a restocking charge of 25%.
