We are a custom frame manufacturer, we make frames and mounts to order on our own premises, however the glazing, backboards and images also count as customised. If you have ordered a Custom product we do not offer any refunds or returns on the customisation you have made, however if the product isn't to your specifications or we have made a mistake, We will replace the item however it must be done within 3 days of receiving the item and evidence must be shown.

Standard Size Frames
Refunds & Returns are eligible with all our standard size frames if the products are still in their original packaging and condition, this must also be done within 3 days of receiving the products with a valid reason.
Damaged Items in Transit
If you have received any damaged items that have come from transit, we must be informed within 24 hours of you receiving the product, and we will solve the issue for you.
Contact for ay products return must be made within the first 3 days of you receiving the product, with an explanation of the problem and adequate evidence to back it up. Once we have received your returned product it will undergo Any products that have been returned may incur a restocking charge of 25%.
